| Semi-hardy and -evergreen lemon. Bush with erect habit and impressing spines. Beautiful white flowers with a lovely scent, fruits yellow, mandarin-shaped with the size of a tennisball. This lemon tastes slightly different from the common lemon and is important in the Japanese cuisine where the juice and the peel are used. Probably hardy against a South-facing wall with winterprotection. Said to resist -12 °C, but becomes deciduous around -8 °C.
